Hello David,

I wanted to take a minute to sincerely thank you for your excellent work on my reels. These things get a pretty good workout during the season and they do need TLC during the off season. Over the years I have tried to replace worn out parts on my own. Ordering parts online is not only very expensive but a waste of time because I don’t always order the right parts. Finding microscopic springs that have flipped out of my reels is also something I don’t miss.

I particularly appreciate your fast dependable service during the season. There is no reel service anywhere that has the capacity to “fix” a reel for use within a day or so in an emergency. I have that having you clean, recondition and lubricate my reels is the best idea for my business, properly adjusted equipment definitely has a longer useable life. You are professional and have excellent/fair prices. I appreciate your work.

Sincerely,
Paul B. Johnson Sr.

Daily use on saltwater pushes my gear to the limits every season, but they come back as good as new every spring from Beavertail Rod And Reel, Their cleanings and maintenance keep me from having to buy new gear every year!!  Thanks Dave!

All I can say is WOW!  I was embarrassed to give Dave a few of my reels because I hadn’t really taken very good care of them. I leave them on my boat and don’t get a chance to rinse them off with fresh water and had gotten pretty bad about taking care of them…but when he gave them back to me, all I could think was…”what did he do with my old reels”? It looked like he gave me someone else’s reels. They looked and felt like new reels. Thanks Dave, outstanding work.  In this day and age of poor service it was refreshing to work with Dave, he is friendly and courteous, a real people person. I can’t wait to get the rest of my gear to him.

Dave,

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say THANKS for all your great work repairing and servicing the reels we use on the Priority Too. These days we find ourselves very busy in the day to day operation of our business and it is so helpful to be able to drop off our reels that need repair or servicing and know that you will have them up and running. As we work to keep overhead down in these tough economic times, I have found tremendous value the work you do for us. It is reassuring to know that our clients will have reliable equipment to use, which is so necessary in our line of work. Keep up the good

Thanks Again,

Capt. Rick

I had Beavertail Rod And Reel repair 3 guides on one of my favorite boat rods, he not only did it in a timely manner but also did a superb job matching the original wrap that was on the rod and at a reasonable price. The quality of service he provided far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Beavertail Rod And reel as the shop to work on all your rods and reels.
